Maple Street, Caledonia, Michigan, on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. You may find the agenda posted on this website the Friday preceding the Council meeting on the Agendas & Meeting Minutes page.

Planning Commission

Meetings of the Village of Caledonia Planning Commission are held at the Village Hall, 250 S. Maple Street, Caledonia Michigan, on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. You may find the agenda posted on this website the Friday preceding the Council meeting on the Agendas & Meeting Minutes page.

Board of Zoning Appeals & Construction Board of Appeals

Meetings of the Village of Caledonia Board of Zoning Appeals and Construction Board of Appeals are held when needed at the Caledonia Village Hall, 250 S. Maple Street, Caledonia, Michigan at 7:00 p.m. Notices of such meetings will be mailed to all property owners within three hundred feet of the property involved, and will be posted at the Caledonia Village Hall prior to such meetings.

Board of Zoning Appeals & Construction Board of Appeals

Village Personal & Real Property Taxes are billed as a line item on Caledonia Township’s summer tax bill.  Summer tax bills are mailed out the first week in July & due mid September.  Winter tax bills are mailed out the first week of December & due mid February.  Click the link below for exact dates.
