Fall Leaf Pick-Up 2026
The Village of Caledonia’s leaf vacuum service will begin the last week of October and continue through mid to end of November depending on weather.
Leaf Pick-Up Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday: Downtown Village
- Wednesday & Thursday: Glen Valley
Help us keep leaf collection running smoothly!
Where to place leaves: Rake leaves into piles on the lawn area between the sidewalk and curb. Place them as close to the curb as possible, but do not place leaves directly in the gutter.
Keep piles clear and accessible: Leaves and debris can wash into stormwater catch basins and cause blockages. Avoid placing leaf piles near trees, mailboxes, utility posts, or parked vehicles.
Leaves only, please! Our vacuum is designed to collect leaves. Remove brush, rocks, nuts, and other debris to prevent damage to the equipment.
Helpful tip: Try raking your leaves onto a tarp to make dragging them to the curb easier!
Thank you for helping our DPW crew keep fall leaf collection safe and efficient for everyone.
